Lukk · live-camera betting by AdkuuWatch the world.Call it.
Lukk turns live public cameras into fast micro-markets. AI writes the question, players call it at a locked price, and the camera settles it in seconds — built for betting platforms, under your brand, on your wallet.

Lukk seeswhat moves.
A vision layer tracks every car, bus, bird and pedestrian in frame — and what each one is doing. Players see exactly the pixels the oracle judges.
A new market, every minute or two.
AI reads the scene, writes a question anyone can answer at a glance and prices it live. The rule is frozen and hashed before the first bet.
One tap.You're in.
Players back an outcome at a locked price — the payout is stake × odds, exactly. No form guide, no insider edge: just eyes and reflexes.
The camerais the oracle.
When the window closes, the deciding frames are locked, signed and published with the result, within seconds. If the camera can't tell, the market is voided and every stake refunded.
What is live-camera betting?
A real event, on a real camera, with betting semantics.
Live-camera betting — the trade press also calls it CCTV betting or live camera games — lets players bet on what happens next on a live public camera. Lukk, by Adkuu, is the version where an AI writes the question, prices it live, and the camera itself settles it: no random number generator, no sports rights, no leagues, no athletes, no studio.
It is not a sportsbook feed, not an RNG casino game, not a live-dealer studio and not odds laid over a sports broadcast. It is a live-world betting feed: stream, markets, pricing, settlement and risk, delivered to licensed operators who run it under their own brand.
- What it is
- AI-written YES/NO micro-markets on live public cameras — a new market every minute or two, a round of about 90 seconds, odds up to ×20, payout = stake × odds at the locked price.
- How a market settles
- The deciding frames are locked, signed (ed25519) and published with the result; a deterministic counter or a vision judge decides within seconds of close. If the camera can't tell, the market is voided and every stake refunded.
- How operators run it
- A widget (iframe) in an afternoon or a feed (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) in days — under your brand, on your seamless wallet. Lukk never holds player funds and never sees player PII.
- Commercials
- Revenue share, 5–8% of GGR, no upfront fees. You hold the licence and the player; Lukk supplies the stream, markets, pricing, settlement and risk.
Every camera is a channel
AlwaysAlwaysaaRoundRoundininPlayPlay
Scenes rotate across channels — streets, crossings, wildlife, water, ports — so nobody can camp a camera or pick the next scene. Five market shapes cover what a camera can settle: race, first to, count, happen and state at close.
Will a bus cross before the light changes?
Which lands first — a cardinal, a blue jay, or neither?
Will 10 or more people be on the crossing in 120 s?
Will a gondola pass under the bridge before any motorboat?
Will the crane be lifting at zero?
Will a penguin dive into the pool in the next 60 s?
For operators
Your platform. Your brand. Your wallet.
Launch Lukk as a game inside your site, or take the market feed into your own UI. You keep the player and the funds — Lukk brings the streams, markets, pricing, settlement and risk.
Launch
A game in an iframe
Your backend mints a single-use launch session; the widget opens inside your site, locked to your registered origins.
Wallet
Stakes stay on your ledger
Debit, credit, rollback, reconcile — HMAC-signed and idempotent, in your currency. Every void is a full refund, never a re-grade.
Brand
Your look, your currency
Theme colours, type and radius, stake presets and limits — per account, per session, or live.
Risk
A risk desk on every market
Fair and margined prices, exposure limits, circuit breakers and payout holds — with a backoffice for your traders.
A widget in an afternoon. A feed in days.
Two paths that share one identity model, one wallet contract, one risk engine and one settlement backbone. Many operators run both: the widget on mobile, a custom UI on web.
Widget (iframe)
An afternoonYour backend mints a single-use launch session; the widget opens inside your site, locked to your registered origins, in your colours. Markets, prices and the evidence flash are handled inside.
Feed (REST · WebSocket · gRPC)
DaysYour own UI on the market feed: fair probabilities and margined fixed odds, timing, limits, the frozen rule hash and settlements; quote-to-ticket with the same acceptance gates.
Wallet
Yours, per transactionDebit, credit, rollback, reconcile — HMAC-signed and idempotent, in your currency. Lukk never holds player funds and never sees player PII.
Settlement
Webhooks + pullSigned settlement webhooks and a pull endpoint with page totals for netting. Won, lost or refunded — every void is a full refund.
The operator integration guide, the wallet contract and the feed specification are at lukk.gg/operators. Certification runs on a play-money account on the production surface.
We're the feed. You hold the licence.
Lukk sits on your floor the way a virtual-sports feed or any other game provider does: we supply the live stream, the AI markets, the pricing, the settlement and the widget; you run it under your own brand, on your own wallet.

We bring
Market integrity
Built to be un-gameable
Rotating channels, short windows
Everyone watches the same scene; nobody can camp a camera or pick the next one. Bets close before the window begins, so even someone standing at the camera has not seen the outcome.
Acceptance pipeline
A one-to-three-second acceptance delay with an in-flight veto from the tracker, price protection and quote expiry on every ticket; a player on a delayed stream is refused, never filled stale.
Risk desk
Per-ticket stake and payout limits, per-outcome liability caps, circuit breakers, suspension on decisive events, anomaly profiling, operator and global kill switches — with a backoffice for your traders.
Stake caps make rigging uneconomic · the rule is hashed before the first bet · every resolution is signed, logged and replayable · ambiguous evidence is voided, never guessed.
